Due to continuing success a major national consultancy are recruiting more staff. Candidates should have experience in waste strategy and procurement or waste engineering. PPC review experience related directly to Landfill is an advantage.
The candidate will play a key role in landfill design, PPC Permitting and involvement in wider waste infrastructure projects (MRFs, WTSs & CASs). You will work as part of a team, liaise with other professionals, prepare designs, reports and contracts and do site work. Projects will also require your input on waste treatment technologies and make full use of your sound knowledge of hydraulics.
The candidate should have a BSc*Beng Environmental Engineering*Civil Engineering and focus on project and service delivery. At least 2 years experience should be waste engineering orientated. Ground modelling experience would be beneficial.
You should have good consultancy, communication and report writing skills and be flexible and a teamworker.
